CORRECTION

The previous communication included an incorrect date of March 2019 for the FC1-A report. That has been corrected to March 2020. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Updated Reporting Deadlines for the FC1-A and Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)

School Nutrition Administrators:

FC1-A Report

The FC1-A Report has been updated in the School Nutrition Technology System (SNTS) to reflect the additional account codes that were added to the Uniform Chart of Accounts for School Nutrition. As a result of the required changes in the SNTS, the due dates for the semi-annual (December) and third quarter reports have been adjusted as follows:

December 2019	May 1, 2020
March 2020	June 1, 2020

CEP Data Collection

On March 25, 2020, the USDA provided an extension to the April 1st data collection related to the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). The State Agency has determined that the new date for submitting the number of identified students in the SNTS will be May 22, 2020. The number of students report should be based on the data available as of May 18, 2020. This will allow the State Agency to meet the required deadline of June 15, 2020 to notify SFAs that are eligible to participate.
