SCHOOL NUTRITION AND DISTRICT OPERATIONS

2020-2021 FFVP Application Extension

NC School Nutrition Administrators:

NC's 2020-2021 Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP) application season has been extended to Thursday, April 30, 2020 because of these unprecedented times with the COVID-19 health crisis. This deadline is for all required 2020-2021 FFVP application components to include:

April 30, 2020 - 2020-2021 FFVP online application (housed in the School Nutrition Technology System) to be completed and then click "Save"...there is no "Submit" tab; and
April 30, 2020 - 2020-2021 FFVP Signature Pages and "Number of Days..." form to be scanned/e-mailed to zoe.mckaytucker@dpi.nc.gov for your convenience.

Please keep the 2020-2021 FFVP Signature Pages and "Number of Days..." form on file in your School Nutrition administrative office in the event it is determined that they must be submitted to the NCDPI after all.

Hopefully, this extended deadline will be a stress reducer so that more focus can be placed on the safety and health of you/your family and non-congregate feeding efforts in your district, if possible.
