In an effort to keep you informed, we've recently updated the ECATS website with procurement documents and the ECATS.Info@dpi.nc.gov email address. Check out the 'Resources' page where, among others, you can download the RFP, business and technical requirements. We've had a lot of questions related to the scope of ECATS so we've posted these documents for your review. The business and technical requirements are in Excel format allowing you to sort, filter, and search by key words. You can also search by key words in the RFP PDF.

Kickoff to Success!
The ECATS Vendor Kickoff Meeting was held on April 6, 2017. This is an important milestone in the project as it formally notifies all team members, clients, and stakeholders that the project has begun and makes sure everyone has a common understanding of the project and their roles. Look for the PowerPoint of this meeting to be posted on the 'Resources' page soon!
