City Seeking Feedback on Six Forks Corridor Study Visioning Draft by February 28
The City kicked off the corridor planning process for Six Forks Road with a Visioning Workshop on September 22, 2012. The purpose of the workshop was to gain momentum, generate ideas, and engage the public in the early design process with a full study to potentially begin sometime in 2013.
Urban Design Center Staff created a Draft Summary Report from the Visioning Workshop for public review. Staff is seeking feedback on the report, and to help refine the vision statement and list of issues, opportunities, and potential quick fixes for the corridor.
To access the Draft Visioning Report and additional information for the Corridor Study please visit the Six Forks Road Corridor Study webpage. The City is requesting comments be received by February 28.
