Approval Given to Master Plan for Planned Brier Creek Project

The Raleigh City Council voted unanimously today to approve a master plan for the proposed Brier Creek Town Center II project on the west side of Arco Corporate Drive between Brier Creek Parkway and Interstate 540.

Brier Creek Corporate Center Associates, LP and JDavis Architects are seeking City approval to rezone 38.5 acres to accommodate a mixed-use development consisting of office, residential, hotel and retail space. The project would total up to 1.63 million square feet. Included in the development would be up to 600 residential housing units, possibly 300 hotel lodging units and up to 115,000 square feet of retail space. There would be two parking decks as well as off-street parking.
