 Raleigh Water Launches New Billing Portal TODAY
Your water utility experience just got an upgrade! The new utility billing portal, Raleigh Water Self-Service, is live starting today, November 12. It's designed to make managing your account faster, simpler, and more secure.
To ensure a smooth transition, we need to bring two key changes to your attention.
CUSTOMER ACTIONS REQUIRED
1. Existing AutoPay Users MUST Re-Enroll
We've made some updates to our system, so if you were using AutoPay, you'll need to visit our new portal to set up your payment schedule again. We had to end the old schedules, so re-enrolling is a quick and important step to make sure your payments keep going smoothly without any breaks.
If your payments come directly from your Bank's Bill Pay service, relax! You do not need to change anything.
2. All Returning Users Must Create a New Profile Account
To access enhanced features, view bills, and make online payments via the new system, all returning online customers must create a new profile. Registration begins today.
Important Security Step: For the required multi-factor authentication (our security feature), you'll need a device that can receive text messages. Therefore, please be sure to enter a mobile number when you first register in the new ePortal. You'll see this reminder on the online form.
Service will not be affected if you choose to delay registration. If you don’t re-enroll right away, you have a few other ways to make payments: a one-time payment online, in-person, mail a check, or call us.
