The victim in this case, 34-year-old Chase Ferguson, has died as a result of his injuries.
The suspect in this shooting has been arrested and identified as 34-year-old Antwan Sanders.
He is currently charged with murder.

On Monday, November 3, 2025, at 4:45 p.m., the Raleigh Police Department responded to a call in reference to a shooting in the 2800 block of East Millbrook. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to the hospital with what appears to be life-threatening injuries.
Officers and detectives are on the scene collecting evidence and determining the circumstances surrounding this incident.
No arrests have been made at this time. This is an ongoing investigation.
