Raleigh Water sincerely apologizes for the recent delay in customers receiving their utility bills. We understand this may have caused some inconvenience, and we appreciate the community’s patience as we've completed our transition to a new bill print vendor. Bills will start going out this week.
Please rest assured that Raleigh Water will not be discontinuing anyone's water service for non-payment at this time. To help ensure a smooth transition for everyone, no late fees will be assessed on these delayed bills. You are, however, still responsible for the full amount of your bill.
