Site Permit Review (SPR) Process Now Available on the Permit Portal 

We’re pleased to announce you can now apply for, resubmit, and track both Site Permit Reviews (Major and Minor) directly through the Permit Portal, beginning today.

In addition, Building and Zoning Retaining Wall permits associated with a Site Permit Review will have a Delayed Issuance status and can be invoiced and issued when ready for construction. This will help reduce delays in the field due to expired permits.
