Reimagining Art in the New Year
As we kick off the new year, we want to reflect on the incredible projects we've collaborated on with local artists throughout the past year. The theme of community has been a constant thread, from concept to execution, and we couldn't be prouder of the passion and creativity each artist brought to their work. We're excited to see what this new year holds for the arts community, not just in Raleigh but across North Carolina.
Building on the energy of last year's collaborations, we're excited to introduce an ongoing project that celebrates the rich history of the Oberlin community. Raleigh artist Chandra Cox is bringing this historic neighborhood's story to life through a series of public art installations. The sculptures were first installed in November 2024, with more pieces to follow this winter. The project is set to be completed by Spring 2025.
