MWBE Bid Opportunity: Cabinet Replacements at Brier Creek, Laurel Hills, and Green Road Community Centers Project
The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:
Removal and disposal of the existing cabinets and countertops. The cabinets will need to be replaced with new custom laminate and D-shaped handles. The countertops will be replaced with granite. The contractor must deliver and install products.
Important Dates:
A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at each project site, beginning at Brier Creek Community Center. Pre-bid attendance may be used to validate bid
submissions. Attendance to the pre-bid will be documented by the City. All three sites will be visited.
