As the Operations Supervisor in the Continuous Improvement and Customer Service (CICS) division, I focus on making our division run smoothly for Raleigh's development community. In my role, I work to improve workflows and simplify processes while providing exceptional service to staff and customers.
A big part of my job is training staff on current processes, along with the improvements and changes I have identified and implemented. I am also responsible for building training guides for intake staff. These guides help staff handle important tasks in processing your permits. By reviewing and refining our workflows, I work to create faster, more reliable permitting services to make the process easier for residents and businesses.
I also team up with staff to find and fix inefficiencies to improve how we serve our customers like you. This mix of business analysis and operations management helps me drive ongoing improvements to ensure we're efficient and delivering the high-quality services our community expects.
