To improve efficiency and streamline customer service, we have consolidated all customer-related functions to the 4th floor of One Exchange Plaza (OEP).
Access to the 3rd and 5th floors are now closed to customers and visitors. A new receptionist will be on the 4th floor and will serve as the main point of contact, greeting everyone as they arrive.
