Ask-A-Planner 

Two Ask-A-Planner sessions are happening to discuss TC-7-22 Co-living. This text change proposes to rename the existing Boardinghouse use to ‘Co-living’ and update some of the existing use standards.

An in-person or virtual session are available for your convenience:

  • Monday, August 5 from 6-8 p.m.

  • Thursday, August 8 from 6-8 p.m.
    Join us on Zoom

Planning and Development staff will be available to explain the proposed changes to Raleigh's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and answer your questions. The meeting does not have a structured format. Staff will be answering your questions as you ask them, so join the meeting when it is convenient for you.
