• Raleigh Water Public Utility Design Manual Update (TC-6-24): This text change replaces the entirety of the Public Utility Design Manual dated 2014 and the Appendices dated 2014 with a combined Public Utility Design Manual Design Manual. A text change is necessary because the Manual is incorporated into the Unified Development Ordinance by reference. Read the draft manual.

The Text Change Engagement Portal provides information about text changes and the process through which text changes are made to the development code. This is where you can ask questions about these text changes or leave comments for staff! You can also view closed cases in the portal.
