I am thrilled and honored to serve as the newly appointed Development Manager of the Continuous Improvement and Customer Service (CICS) division for the City of Raleigh Planning and Development department. I am grateful for the trust leadership has placed in me to fulfill this important role.
With 15 years of experience in the City’s development process and business systems analysis, I bring a fresh perspective to this position, having served in different capacities within CICS. I am committed to creating a positive impact by continuing to uphold our department's goals of predictability, timeliness, and quality while improving the overall customer experience.
My focus will include:
Overseeing various development projects to ensure alignment with Raleigh's strategic growth initiatives.
Collaborating with city officials, developers, and community members to streamline and optimize the development process without compromising quality.
Managing and streamlining express review and creating methodologies for efficiency and effectiveness.
Your insights are invaluable. I am eager to work closely with each of you to build on Raleigh’s strengths and address the challenges ahead.
