The Continuous Improvement and Customer Service (CICS) Center is working to make the permitting process transparent, predictable, and seamless. As part of our goal to improve processes, a new Final Review webpage is now online. This page will help customers like you understand the requirements for staff to create the final invoice for your project.
Providing the following documents will ensure a seamless transition from review to invoicing your project and minimize delays:
Workers’ compensation or a notarized exemption
In addition, Right-of-Way Contractors are required to provide:
Current performance bond ($5,000 minimum)
Current general liability insurance
To learn more, visit the new Final Review webpage to view the full list of required documents.
We appreciate you partnering with us to make the city of Raleigh a wonderful place to live, work and do business.
Sincerely,
Chevy Edwards - Development Services Manager
