Solid Waste Services To Complete Routes Today
City of Raleigh Solid Waste Services Department crews did not complete some recycling and yard waste routes from Wednesday’s collection in northeast Raleigh. Residents are asked to leave their materials at the curbside for collection. Crews resumed collection this morning beginning with routes that were not finished Wednesday before starting today’s normal collection.
The following recycling routes in northeast Raleigh were incomplete from Wednesday: NE 4 and NE 21.
The following yard waste routes were not complete from Wednesday: NE 3, NE 11, NE 16, NE 24 and NE 25.
Customers may determine what routes serve their neighborhood by visiting the City of Raleigh’s website at www.raleighnc.gov and clicking on the “City Services” tab at the top of the page. Enter your address in the section “Find My Service” on the right side of the page.
If a resident’s home is in one of the known incomplete areas, do not call to report the missed collection. If a collection was not made and is not in one of the listed incomplete areas, customers may report the missed collection online at http://wastecollections.raleighnc.gov/ or by contacting the City of Raleigh Solid Waste Services Department at 919-996-6890. The Solid Waste Services Department regrets the inconvenience and appreciates the customers’ patience.
