Registration Process Changes for the City of Raleigh Permit and Development Portal

On December 13, 2023, the Permit and Development Portal launched a new login process. You are now required to register using the same email you have previously used for the Permit and Development Portal. Use the email address where you received this email to log in. This updated login will automatically link to your existing permits and plans.
