The Raleigh Police Department has made a second arrest in the homicide of Taliyah Watson, 19.
Jordan Sanders, 23 has been charged with Murder.
This is an ongoing investigation.

On Saturday, October 21, 2023, at approximately 12:22 a.m., the Raleigh Police Department responded to a reported shooting in the 1300 block of Sawyer Road. The victim, Taliyah Watson, 19, had been transported by vehicle to the hospital with serious injuries. Watson succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.
A’shante Freeman, 21 has been charged with the homicide of Watson.
Freeman has been charged with Murder.
This is an ongoing investigation.
