An arrest has been made in this incident.
The victim in this incident, Isaiah Michael Anderson, 22, died as a result of injuries sustained in the shooting.
Kevin Lamar Bowser, 19, has been arrested and charged with murder.
This investigation is ongoing.

On Thursday, November 9, 2023, at approximately 5:00 p.m., the Raleigh Police Department responded to reported shots fired in the 6000 block of Highline Street. Upon arrival, officers located one male victim with a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
Officers and detectives are on the scene determining the circumstances surrounding this incident.
This is an ongoing investigation.
