Update:
On Monday, August 21, the victim in this incident, Quintana Lee, 40, succumbed to her injuries. A 17-year-old juvenile has been taken into custody and charged with murder in relation to this incident.
The Raleigh Police Department (RPD) is grateful for the community's help in identifying the suspect charged in this homicide.

The below news release was distributed on July 12, at 8:44 PM:
At approximately 6:58 PM, the Raleigh Police Department responded to a reported person shot in the 2000 block of Orchard Hollow Lane. Upon arrival, officers located an adult female with a gunshot wound. She was transported to the hospital in serious condition.
Officers also located an adult female and a juvenile female who sustained non-life-threatening gunshot wounds, and both were transported to the hospital.
Officers and detectives are on the scene collecting evidence and determining the circumstances surrounding this incident.
There is no threat to the community, and this appears to be an isolated incident.
This is an ongoing investigation, and there are no suspects in custody.
