Raleigh Police Respond to Stabbing on New Bern Avenue

At approximately 8:55 p.m., Raleigh Police Department officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 1600 block of New Bern Avenue. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male suffering from stab wounds and he has been transported for treatment of his injuries.

RPD detectives are leading a follow-up investigation and anyone with information that might assist them is asked to call Raleigh CrimeStoppers at (919) 834-HELP or visit raleighcrimestoppers.org for text and email reporting options.
