Raleigh Police Investigate Shooting on Tryon Road

At approximately 10:39 p.m., Raleigh Police Department officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 300 block of Tryon Road. Upon arrival, officers located an adult female suffering with gunshot wounds. She was transported for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
A suspect is in custody. Officers and detectives are on-scene and conducting a follow-up investigation.
