A Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting for all contractors, sub-contractors, and minority and woman owned businesses will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday August 12, 2019 at Kimley-Horn
421 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh, NC, 4th floor, Suite 400,

Nash Square Conference Room

The project scope includes vehicular pavement repairs, pedestrian paver repairs, expansion joints, granite veneer repairs, bollard LED replacement, caulking, fountain and associated piping removal, landscaping and landscape bed-reshaping, irrigation, electrical repair, site demolition and general cleaning.

Listed below are some of, but not limited to, the needed trades for MWBE subcontractor participation:

  • Demolition (for site demo and demolition of the fountain).
  • Site/landscaping (for site work associated with paver replacement)
  • Landscaping (for repair to planters and plantings inside of the planters and for tree planting)
  • Irrigation (for testing and repair of the irrigation system)
  • Electrical (for relocating the electrical outlets in the planters)
