On Tuesday, January 8 before the public hearing, city planners will be available to provide information about public hearing items. The case planners will be in room 237 of the Raleigh Municipal Building from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. with detailed information about the evening’s cases.

The cases being heard at the January 8 evening session are:

  Z-26-18: Trawick Road, on its west side, south of Skycrest Drive (Northeast CAC)

  Z-27-18: 3916 & 3920 Blue Ridge Road, on the south side of Blue Ridge Rd at its intersection with Homewood Banks Dr, approximately 1/3 of a mile south of the Crabtree Valley Mall (Northwest CAC)

  Z-31-18: Ridge Road and Marilyn Drive, approximately 200' north of Wade Avenue (Glenwood CAC)
