Clark Avenue Culvert Replacement
Construction to replace the stormwater culvert/pipe underneath Clark Avenue is underway. Clark Avenue will remain closed between W. Peace Street and Clark Avenue/Bellwood Drive intersections. Construction is expected to be finished in November.
