Volunteer Opportunity This Saturday
Stream Cleanup at Apollo Heights Parks
Come out for our fall stream cleanup this Saturday, Nov. 3 from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. The cleanup will take place at Apollo Heights Park, 756 Lunar Drive. We'll be cleaning up the stream and surrounding parkland. Gloves and garbage bags will be provided.
This is a great opportunity for community groups looking to complete volunteer hours. Last year, volunteers removed about 2,700 pounds of trash from the stream at Biltmore Hills Park.
