Wednesday Hours of Operation Will Not Change

The Development Services Customer Service Center (DSCSC) has evaluated the current office schedule, and is happy to announce that we will be able to maintain the existing public counter hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:45pm, with limited services 8:00am – 9:00am every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month). We have made changes that will allow us to focus on specific improvements that will help us meet our goals of improving efficiencies without impacting the Customer Service Center hours of operation. We appreciate your support as we strive to best serve you, the City of Raleigh.
