Echo Farms Pool
The Echo Farms Park pool is now open for the season! We are offering adult lap swim, family/public swim and group fitness classes. See below for the schedule.
Family/Public Swim
Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 11:00am-6:00pm Tuesdays: 11:00am -5:00pm Friday-Sunday: 10:00am-6:00pm
Adult Lap Swim Mon, Tues & Thurs: 7-9am
Pool Fees Daily Pass: $4/Adult (18+) / $2/Children (17 & under)
Season Pass $100/Individual $175/Family (2 adults + dependents living in the same household)

PLEASE NOTE: Pool hours are subject to change due to weather, maintenance or other unforeseen issues. We will post all updates on our Echo Farms and main Parks & Gardens Facebook Pages.
Group Fitness Classes We will also have group fitness classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays at the times listed below.
Water Workout - Mondays: 10:00-10:45am Water Walking - Tuesdays: 10:00-10:45am Water Yoga - Thursdays: 10:00-10:45am Water Interval - Saturdays: 9:00-9:45am
Cost to participate is $3/class and all levels of fitness are welcome. Pre-registration is required. The Senior Resource Center also has water aerobics classes at Echo Farms on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Registration is done by calling their reservation line at: (910) 798-6450.
🐢 Turtle Talk & Feeding 🐢
Get up close with one of our ambassador turtles! Join an Environmental Educator in the classroom for an engaging and educational program all about native reptile species. Learn what makes these reptiles unique, explore their natural behaviors, and even get a chance to watch them eat! Turtle Talk will be held Thursday, June 10 & 24th from 2:00–2:30 p.m. Perfect for curious minds of all ages—come discover the world of turtles. Smith Creek Park Pop Up
Celebrate Pollinator BioBlitz Week with us at Smith Creek Park! Stop by our pop-up station near the restrooms and playground to learn about the importance of pollinators, how to participate in the Pollinator BioBlitz, and how to use iNaturalist to document your findings. Staff will be at the park on Monday, June 16th from 8:30am - 12noon and Tuesday, June 17th from 1:30pm - 5:00pm. Drop by anytime during event hours. No registration required. Come discover how you can support pollinators and become a community scientist with just your phone!

Family Nature Art Night at Airlie
Join our Environmental Educators for a relaxing evening of nature-inspired crafts on the beautiful Oak Lawn! We’ll offer a variety of creative activities suitable for all ages—so bring the whole family! The program includes a guided nature walk to collect natural materials for your art. Don’t forget to bring a blanket or chairs to sit and enjoy the lawn while you create. Pre-registration is required. Unplug, get creative, and connect with nature! Join us at Family Nature Art Night!
