Building a Healthy 2025 on the Tennis Courts

  We have a great partnership with the Greater Wilmington Tennis Association (GWTA) to bring you an exciting lineup of programs promoting a healthy and active lifestyle in 2025! From beginner lessons to advanced play strategies, our courts will host a variety of engaging activities designed to improve your skills, build connections, and foster a love for the game. Together, we're creating a vibrant tennis community where fitness and fun come first!
  Tennis courts are located at Echo Farms, Long Leaf and Ogden Parks.  Additionally, there will be 5 new clay courts installed at Echo Farms Park next year.

Discover Winter Ducks!

  Join our environmental educators for an engaging session on the fascinating duck species that visit the garden during winter. Start with an informative presentation on duck species identification and their unique adaptations. Then, enjoy a guided walk around the garden to spot and learn about these amazing birds in their natural habitat.

BUZZWORTHY!
Art Exhibit & Auction

  The Airlie Gardens' annual art exhibit "BUZZWORTHY!" will be on display throughout the gardens through the end of December. These beautifully curated and uniquely designed bees will make a wonderful addition to your backyard garden, business, or home. Select bees will be available through an online auction with a buy-now option. The auction opens December 1 at 9am and closes December 31 at 11:45pm. Click here  to bid and for more information.

Homeschool Program: Sustainability

  Get your homeschoolers excited about the outdoors with our hands-on, standards-based program! Learn about fascinating animal adaptations through interactive activities led by our environmental educators. This program is designed for homeschool students ages 4 to 13, with parent or guardian participation required. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required.
