April 2

Spring is here and the blooms at Airlie Gardens are a sight to see!  There are over 75,000 azaleas throughout the grounds, and our staff has planted over 60,000 spring bulbs.  Peak bloom is dependent on the weather, but typically takes place between mid-March through mid-April.  Advance tickets are required for garden admission, so be sure to purchase your tickets at AirlieGardens.org before you arrive.

*New Hanover County Residents FREE Day at Airlie is April 3.  Tickets must be reserved in advance and tend to "sell" out quickly during the spring months.  Click here to reserve tickets.

*Airlie will be closed for a private event on Friday, April 8.

*The Cape Fear Garden Club Azalea Garden Tour will take place April 8-10.  Airlie will be open Saturday and Sunday only.  Visit capefeargardenclub.org to learn more and purchase tickets.
