- In just two and a half hours, New Hanover County’s call center booked 1,410 vaccination appointments for adults 65 and older and healthcare workers.
- Vaccine appointments through New Hanover County Public Health are now full for this week.
- The county is not currently taking names for a waiting list, but residents can sign up for COVID-19 updates here and will receive an email when new appointments are available and the call center is open again for scheduling.
- Additional healthcare entities are also assisting in administering the vaccine. The public can book a vaccine with NHRMC and Wilmington Health, when they have appointments available.
