 Parks Conservancy Night at Blaze Pizza
Come support the Parks Conservancy of New Hanover County at Blaze Pizza from 5:30-8:30pm on Tues, Oct 15th! Conservancy Board Members will be there sharing information on the organization and how it supports New Hanover County's parks. Blaze Pizza will donate a portion of sales during the event back to the Parks Conservancy, so be sure to mention the Conservancy at the register. HeART of the Gardens Exhibit
Airlie Gardens' art exhibit- HeART of the Gardens is on display for one more month. Don't miss out on your chance to see these 13 beautifully decorated heart sculptures located throughout the gardens. The exhibit is included in regular garden admission, and runs through Oct 31st. The heart sculptures from the exhibit will go on sale to the public through an online auction beginning Fri, Nov 1st at 9am. More Information

20/30/40 Anniversary Celebration
Join us at the Arboretum from 3-6pm on Sat, Oct 5th and celebrate our milestone anniversaries:
- Ability Garden - 20 years
- Arboretum - 30 years
- Extension Master Gardeners - 40 years
The event will feature guided tours of the facilities and gardens, and the Gift Shop and Plant Clinic will be open. More Information

Enchanted Airlie Tickets
It's that time of year again! Enchanted Airlie tickets go on sale to the public on Tues, Oct 8th. Ticket price includes onsite parking and admission for all passengers in one vehicle:

$30/Carload Ticket (car, standard truck, SUV & minivans ONLY)

$55/XL Van Ticket (10-15 passenger or conversion vans ONLY)

Large Vehicles including limos, mini-buses, trolleys, coach or school buses must contact Airlie to make a special reservation
This event will sell out, so get your tickets ASAP! More information

Pumpkin Palooza
Enjoy a magical evening on Sat, Oct 12th from 6-9pm strolling the Arboretum grounds, and marveling at the intricately designed pumpkins. There will also be children's activities hosted by NHC Public Library, UNCW Chemistry Dept Mad Scientist, and NC Aquarium Spooky Creatures. Tickets are only $5/person (children 2 & under are free), and all proceeds benefit NHC 4-H.
