Building Community Through Wellness in Knightdale

After spending more than a decade in the pharmaceutical industry, she recognized an opportunity to make a different kind of impact. Rather than helping people after health challenges developed, she wanted to encourage healthier lifestyles from the start. This passion first led her into fitness coaching and eventually inspired the creation of IAMplify Nutrition, a welcoming wellness-focused space in the heart of Knightdale.

"I wanted to create a place where healthy choices felt welcoming, encouraging, and enjoyable," she said. "My vision is for IAMplify Nutrition to become a place where people come in to grab nutritional beverages and leave not only feeling confident about their choice but also about the community they're a part of."

More Than Nutrition

IAMplify Nutrition was founded on the belief that wellness extends beyond physical health. The business aims to create an environment where physical, mental, and spiritual well-being can all be nurtured while bringing people together.

That mission is reflected in every aspect of the business.

"Our mission is to build a community of wellness-focused individuals who encourage one another to live healthier and more connected lives."

While launching a brick-and-mortar business came with its share of challenges, including learning the realities of business ownership and managing multiple responsibilities, the owner says her biggest lesson was learning to trust the process.

One of the proudest moments since opening has been seeing first-time visitors become regular customers within the first month.

"The support from our Knightdale neighbors has been amazing," she said. "People don't just come grab and go. They stay to converse, and that is rewarding because it lets me know we have a welcoming vibe, exactly as I intended."

Choosing Knightdale was an easy decision for the business owner.

"I wanted to build a business in the community that I am a part of. Knightdale is growing so much, and I love the idea of growing this business alongside it."

She credits much of the business's early success to the support and encouragement of local residents.

"Knightdale neighbors have been extremely welcoming and encouraging. The support has made the journey even more meaningful."

Among her favorite aspects of operating in Knightdale are the loyalty of customers and the community's eagerness to support small businesses.

Hundreds of Knightdale residents joined us at Knightdale Station Park for a morning filled with community, patriotism, live music, delicious food, family activities, and our annual bike parade. We appreciate everyone who embraced the earlier event schedule we implemented to help beat the heat and celebrate safely.
