Opening Doors to Opportunity: 2025 Career Pathway Fair Welcomes 4,000 Students
Over 200 local employers set to connect with students to explore career pathways in the Crown Agri-Expo Center
WHAT: CTE Career Pathway Fair 2025 Hosted by CCS Career and Technical Education (CTE)
WHEN: Friday, April 25, 2025 8:45 - 9 a.m. -- Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony in the lobby of the Charlie Rose Agri-Expo Center 9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. -- Career Pathway Fair
WHERE: Charlie Rose Agri-Expo Center 1960 Coliseum Drive Fayetteville, NC 28306
WHY: To inspire students by showcasing the many exciting and rewarding career paths available within the Cumberland County community

The Career Pathway Fair will open with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony that will include members of the Cumberland County Board of Education, the Workforce Empowerment Business Sponsors of the Career Pathway Fair: Cape Fear Valley Health and Chemours, and local government officials and agencies.

Organizers are expecting approximately 4,000 students in Grades 5-12. This is the first year the program has expanded to include younger students (5th graders).

More than 200 local businesses, agencies and educational institutions are set to participate, bringing real-world opportunities and insights directly to the students.

There will be numerous photo and video opportunities.
