The Dare County Library’s Summer Reading Program, “Oceans of Possibilities” heads into July! In its first 10 days, over 454 Dare County children registered for the program, and well over 3,000 children's and teen books were borrowed from our three locations.
We have more free, fun and exciting activities planned throughout the month of July. Check out our calendar of events at www.DareNC.com/SummerReadingProgram.
If your child, grandchild, niece or nephew hasn’t registered for the program yet – it’s not too late!
You can sign up for the Summer Reading Program at any of our locations whenever the library is open.
July Events Include:
Fish Printing * Dual Language Bingo * OBX Lizard Land
Escape Rooms * Lego Building Contests * Boat Building * N.C. Aquarium
