The Charlotte Pride Festival will be held from 12 p.m. - 11 p.m. on Saturday, August 16 and from 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. on Sunday, August 17. Tryon Street from Stonewall Street to 4th Street, Levine Avenue from Church Street to Tryon Street, Martin Luther King Boulevard from Church Street to College Street, and 3rd Street from Church Street to College Street will close on Saturday, August 16 at 6 a.m. until Sunday, August 17 at 10 p.m.
The Pride Parade will begin Sunday, August 17 at 1 p.m. at 9th Street and Tryon Street. The parade will proceed down Tryon Street turning at Trade Street towards College Street. Event organizers expect 10,000 attendees. Staging for the parade will close Tryon Street between 9th Street and 11th Street and the cross streets between Church Street and College Street at 11 a.m until 3:15 p.m.
