By donating any cell phone, old or broken, to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD), you'll help raise money to aid victims of domestic violence. Cell phones are accepted year-round and the holidays are a perfect time to donate those old phones taking up space in your kitchen drawers.
Cell phones may be dropped off at any CMPD Division and money raised will go directly to Safe Alliance, the emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence in Charlotte.
For additional information please contact Melissa Anne Bowlin at mbowlin@cmpd.org.
This season, help CATS spread a holiday safety message to stay alert and keep valuables out of sight in vehicles.
If they see it, they’ll want it. Pay attention to your surroundings and keep your valuables out of sight this holiday season.
