The canvas is blank and we are seeking your input into the
design of the Enhanced Plan Review and the Expedited Plat Review Programs!
City Council has approved an Enhanced Plan Review Program for
Subdivisions, Urbans and an Expedited Program for Plats. For Subdivision
and Urban submittals, the fee would be an additional $30,000 on top of all of
the pertinent fees for the project. For Plats, the fee would
be an additional $1,000 on top of all of the pertinent fees for the
project. At this session, we want your input into these questions:
- For Subdivisions and Urbans, if you were to pay the
additional $30,000, what would the Enhanced Review program look like?
(time, which agencies would review, etc)
- For Plats, if you were to pay the additional $1,000,
what would the Expedited Plat Review program look like?
