FY18 User Fees Announcement
City Council approved the Fiscal Year 2018 (FY18) user fees for the development services groups of Engineering Land Development, Planning and CDOT. For Engineering’s Land Development FY18 User Fee Schedule click here.
Commercial plans submitted to Engineering Land Development for the initial review must pass the gateway review by 5:00pm on Friday, June 30th to be eligible to remain at the FY17 fee schedule. The FY18 fees will apply to all new projects submitted after the close of business on Friday, June 30, 2017.
