You're entered. Now what?

Thank you for entering your artwork in the 2017 National Arts Program content and exhibition! We can't wait to show off your talent in the lobby of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center! Please carefully read the drop-off and artwork preparation instructions below.

 

Artwork drop-off dates, times and locations

Thursday, Jan. 19 and Friday, Jan. 20

10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and 4 - 8 p.m.

Room CH-14 (basement)

Parking

Park at the Government Center parking deck, accessible from Davidson Street.

 
Entry in to the Government Center

 

During the day Thursday and Friday, please enter through the public entrances located on Davidson Street (directly across the street from the parking deck) or on 4th Street. Employees may use the employee entrances on Davidson Street.

 

 

After 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday, please enter via the employee entrance (basement) located on Davidson Street directly across the street from the parking deck. Committee members will meet you at the doors to take your artwork.

 


Artwork preparation instructions

  • All two-dimensional entries must be framed and ready to hang with wire securely on the back. Please make sure the back is securely in place.
  • All small craft submissions (such as jewelry) must be submitted in a shadow box and ready to hang with wire securely on the back.
  • All work must weigh less than 15 pounds.


Artwork that does not meet these specifications will not be accepted.
