On Monday, April 4th, the look of Accela Citizen
Access (ACA) will be changing! We think that this streamline version of
ACA will make it easier for you to Submit and Resubmit Plans, Find Due Dates,
Add a Document to a Project, Review Comments and View Approved Plans. A simple instruction guide has been created to assist you in your use of ACA, and the guide is available on the Development Services web portal.
