Currently, City Land Development's Final Inspection Punch List is valid for 30 days, while the Final Inspection/Bond Release Request form is valid for 90 days.
Effective April 1st, any party requesting a Final Inspection
will have 60 days to complete all punch list items required for the
release of the surety. If the work is not completed within 60 days,
a new Final Inspection/Bond Release Request form must be submitted with the
applicable fee. This should make it easier for our customers to
manage and close out their projects.
Please do not

Inspection process.
Openings are available for the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation
Control overview seminar and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Certified Site Inspector
(CMCSI) certification preparation on Tuesday, May 24,
2016. Please note, the Spring Seminar will be held at the Mecklenburg County Offices at 2145 Suttle Avenue, 4th Floor, Charlotte, NC.
To register and pay online for the May 24th CMCSI Seminar,

Persons who do not wish to register and pay
online may complete and submit a paper
application. Applications can be downloaded from our website at http://cmcsi.charmeck.org.

DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TECHNICAL ADVISORY (DSTAC) COMMITTEE: Meetings
are typically held on the second Wednesday of each month in Room 136 of the
Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center (600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, NC)
from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm.
STORM WATER ADVISORY COMMISSION (SWAC) MEETING: Meetings
are typically held on the third Thursday of each month at 4:30 pm at the
Mecklenburg County Offices at 2145 Suttle Avenue, Charlotte, NC.
TREE ADVISORY COMMISSION: Meetings are typically
held on the third Tuesday of every month at the Charlotte Mecklenburg
Government Center (600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, NC) beginning at 5:00 pm.
