Final Inspection/Bond Release Requests

Currently, City Land Development's Final Inspection Punch List is valid for 30 days, while the Final Inspection/Bond Release Request form is valid for 90 days.

Effective April 1st, any party requesting a Final Inspection will have 60 days to complete all punch list items required for the release of the surety.   If the work is not completed within 60 days, a new Final Inspection/Bond Release Request form must be submitted with the applicable fee.  This should make it easier for our customers to manage and close out their projects.

Please do not hesitate to call Bond Administration at 704-432-0960 if there are questions regarding the Final Inspection process.
