Conditional Zoning Application for 860 Weaver Dairy Road 

Council opened a Legislative Hearing for a development proposal at 860 Weaver Dairy Road and received presentations from the applicant and Town planning staff. They also received public comment, provided feedback on the application, and voted unanimously to continue the hearing to October 22, 2025.  

Conditional Zoning Application for 115 Chapel Point Road 

Council opened a Legislative Hearing for a Conditional Zoning Application for a development proposal at 115 Chapel Point Road. They also received public comment, provided feedback on the application, and voted unanimously to continue the hearing to October 22, 2025.

Council opened a Legislative Hearing for a Conditional Zoning Application for a development proposal at 5640 Old Chapel Hill Road. They also received public comment, provided feedback on the application, and voted unanimously to continue the hearing to November 12, 2025.
