The Chapel Hill Fire and Police Departments are responding to a report of a vehicle fire on East Franklin Street near Carolina Avenue. East Franklin Street is closed between Estes Drive and Boundary Street.
Drivers should use 15-501 or Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. to detour. No additional information is available at this time.
