Dear Montana Notary –

Your commission will be expiring this year and much has changed since you applied four years ago.  Most notably, all notaries must complete four hours of approved training and take the Montana State Notary Exam as prerequisites to renewing this time.  We have several online courses that you can choose from or, better yet – you can attend the 2022 Montana Notary Conference – a live, in-person event where you can “Get Back On Track.” Choose the classes and workshops that are most relevant to what you want and need to know.

We invite you to join us May 19-20 at the Great Northern Hotel in Helena for the 406 Notary Conference. This year’s conference features a group of the
best notary instructors from around the state and the country and over 22 different workshops, classes, and interactive sessions focusing on all aspects of the notary profession – from the basics and fundamentals, to
