Federal E-Grants Tour

The OPI Federal Programs Unit will be conducting the E-Grants tour for interested district administrators and title coordinators from July 23rd through August 9th.  Here are the regional locations and dates:

July 23rd Helena (Helena College)

July 29th Laurel (Laurel MS)

July 31st Glendive (Glendive HS)

August 1st Glasgow (Glasgow HS)

August 2nd Lewistown (Lewistown HS)

August 6th Havre (Location TBA)

August 7th Kalispell (Glacier HS)

August 8th Missoula (MCPS Learning Lab)

August 9th Manhattan (Manhattan HS)

Spring Monitoring Reminder

May 10, 2024, is the deadline to have ALL documentation labeled and uploaded into Spring monitoring portfolios (on Google) for districts who were notified in January that they were selected for a Spring 2024 ESEA/ESSA Title I, II, III, IV-A, and Title IX desk monitoring review.

FY 2024 SRSA Application Deadline is May 10th

  • If you are looking for the link to your SRSA application, follow the steps below:   
  • Locate your LEA on the Master Eligibility Spreadsheet [oese.ed.gov] to confirm it is SRSA-eligible and has an estimated award amount of more than $0. 
  • Locate the name of the primary contact listed for your LEA. 
  • Have the primary contact check their spam/junk folder for an email from no-reply.survey@max.gov and confirm that your LEA’s firewall is not preventing this email from being delivered. 
  • If you are not the primary contact but need to access the application, you may ask the primary contact to forward you the invitation email containing your LEA’s link. 
  • If the primary contact cannot be reached or cannot access the invitation email, please let the REAP team know and we will follow up with you soon to provide your LEA’s application link.

 

  • If you have a question about REAP eligibility, follow the steps below:   

 

  • To confirm that REAP has received your SRSA application, follow the steps below:   
  • Locate your LEA on the REAP Master Eligibility Spreadsheet [oese.ed.gov].   
  • View column R – if it says YES, we have received your SRSA application. 
  • Please note, that there can be a delay from when you submit your application to when your status in column R is updated.
