AIM Announcements

AIM Staff Changes and Webinar Availability

There are staff changes occurring in and around the OPI AIM unit.  As of November 30th, 2021, The AIM Student Data Resource Manager, Gerrad Bohl, will be leaving the OPI to take a job out of state. Also, as of December 17th, 2021, the AIM Unit Manager, Gail Harms, will be retiring. The AIM help desk and phone number will be active, but please be aware that there may be delays in responding until these vacancies are filled.  In addition to these AIM staff leaving, the OPI Chief Data Officer, Michael Sweeney will also be leaving the OPI as of Wed. November 24th, to go to work for the MT State Commissioner of Securities and Insurance.

With regard to upcoming AIM webinars, there will be no new AIM webinars held/recorded until these positions are filled. Fortunately, the previous years’ recorded AIM Webinars are still accessible on the AIM Webinar's Webpage. These webinars, combined with the webinars that have already been recorded this year, will cover the basic information for AIM student reporting requirements.

We thank you for allowing us to serve you!
