New Mode Of Instruction Collection
The Fall Mode of Instruction collection opens 11/1/21 closes 12/10/21, and includes both student and school level modes of instruction. The new school mode of instruction fields will be seen in Infinite Campus on 10/31/21. Please see the above mention regarding the AIM District Webinar and user guide pertaining to this collection.
Fall CTE Collection Start Date Delayed This Year.
The Fall CTE Collection state date has been delayed for this year only. These post-program students may still be contacted starting November 1st, 2021, however, please wait until November 15th, 2021 before entering their Post-Program Status and Date Contacted information. This is to allow for a system update to occur which with expand the post-program options currently available to meet federal reporting requirements.

The AIM Data Collection Schedule contains a complete list of all AIM data collections occurring throughout the year. The following AIM Data Collections are taking place during the month of November:
Fall Assessment Verification, Alternate Assessment: Opens 8/11/21 Closes 11/30/21
NEW! Fall Mode of Instruction: Opens 11/1/21 Closes 12/10/21:
- Manually enter the School Mode of Instruction (these new school mode of instruction fields will be seen in Infinite Campus on 10/31/21).
- The Student Level Modes of Instruction can be set either individually/manually or via the Mode of Instruction Import Template.
- This collection must reflect data as of the beginning of the school year through 10/4/21. Please see the AIM Mode of Instruction User Guide for instructions on entering this data.
Fall CTE Collection: Opens 11/15/21 Closes 12/31/21: (Start date moved to be November 15 instead of November 1st)
- Enter the Date Contacted and Post-Graduation Status for CTE concentrator students who graduated in previous spring school year (2020-21). These students should be contacted during the second quarter. Please see the AIM Fall CTE User Guide for instructions on entering this data.

Please see the AIM State Assessment Test Settings User Guide to ensure that all EL supports and Section 504 Accommodations are accurately entered and up to date.
AIM Student Photos Needed
Please remember to collect the Student Photo Opt-In information from parents as they start registering their students for next year. Then please follow-up with importing students photos into Infinite Campus, so the photos in AIM with the Opt-in value can be used by the Department of Justice to help find missing children. See our AIM District Student Photo Repository user guide for additional information.
Updating AIM Contact Information
Please ensure to submit the AIM Contacts Update Form on the OPI AIM website whenever there is a change in AIM staff or AIM contact info at your district or school.
When using the state published ad hocs, there are multiple ways to view results: Clicking on 'Test' will produce a pop-up result which can be printed or exported as an excel file. Clicking on 'Search' will produce results under the Search Tab, allowing you to look at students records without needing a report.
